Brooke was born and raised in beautiful Paradise, PA, and currently resides in downtown Lancaster with her husband, Cody. She began working for James A. Cochrane Inc. in 2018 and became a licensed Agent in 2019. Brooke serves as both a Broker’s Assistant and an active Agent for Bill and the Cochrane team in both Lancaster and Chester Counties, bringing with her laughter, energy, and a sense of adventure. She strives to build genuine relationships with her clients and serve others with excellence. Her natural ability to connect with people in her community has been key to her success in Real Estate.
In addition to Real Estate, Brooke has a strong faith and a mission to serve others every day. She joined a nonprofit missions organization in 2016 and since then has led four short-term missions trips throughout Western Europe. She is currently serving with a youth organization in Lancaster City and is involved with volunteering at her church. Brooke’s passion for travel and local service is rooted in her love for people and her desire to help others through life’s ups and downs- a dedication she now brings to her career in Real Estate. In her free time, Brooke loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoys reading, studying, and picking up new hobbies, and she stays active through walking, workouts, pickleball, golf, and even the occasional rugby match. Her love for serving others and embracing life to the fullest has naturally flowed into her passion for real estate; making every transaction a joy and honor!
