Bill Cochrane grew up on a farm in Chester County, PA, where he still lives today with his wife, Annemarie. His whole life has revolved around their family farm and the community to which they belong. Whether it was bringing in hay as a teenager or enjoying the beauty of a long walk across the farm on a Sunday afternoon, he’s always held a deep appreciation for land and what it can produce.
Since 1984, Bill has brought this same respect for land and community into his Real Estate practice. As the second generation to lead James A. Cochrane, Inc. as Broker and Owner, he counts it a privilege to continue the family tradition of serving neighbors. When asked about the company’s values, Bill describes them as rooted in faith, integrity, truth, and courage, with the ultimate goal of serving people in the communities where they live and work. Whether that means helping someone acquire acreage for a farm or simply finding the perfect home, Bill finds deep meaning in supporting his friends and neighbors through some of life’s biggest transitions.
