Brooke was born and raised in Lancaster County. She began working for James A. Cochrane Inc. in 2018 and became a licensed agent in 2019. Brooke has served as a broker's assistant for 4 years, contributing professional and personal care for each client throughout countless transactions. She brings laughter, youth, and adventure to the James A. Cochrane team. Her natural desire to meet and connect with people in her community has helped her thrive in Real Estate. Brooke endeavors to form genuine relationships with her clients, and believes that the relationship is an essential part of being able to serve others.
Brooke has a strong faith and her mission is to serve others daily. She joined a non-profit missions organization in 2016-2017. This program left a travel bug in Brooke that led her to lead 4 short-term trips to Alaska and Western Europe as well as attend and staff a non-profit missions school in Switzerland. Brooke’s love for travel would not exist without her love of people and helping others through life’s ups and downs. Brooke carried this love for people into her Real Estate career.
Brooke is experienced with working in both Lancaster and Chester County.
In addition to Real Estate, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys playing Pickleball, golf, and rugby as well as getting outdoors every season! She loves art, piano, reading, and learning new skills.
